The Troy School District Food Service Department will provide cold breakfast and sack lunches for all children under 18.
These meals are offered to all children under 18 and will be available for pick up between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. at the front doors of the following School Buildings:
Athens High School
Baker Middle School
Smith Middle School
Morse Elementary School
Troy School District Transportation will deliver cold breakfast and sack lunches between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. to the following Community Locations:
Charter Square Apartments(Leasing Center)
Rochester Villas(Leasing Center)
Somerset Apartments (Activity Center)
Troy Villas(Corner of Sylvia Dr. and Shelley Dr.)
BRIDGE THE GAP GROCERY DISTRIBUTION
Those in need can pick up a bag of groceries every Friday from 6-7:30pm at Morse Elementary School, 475 Cherry, Troy, MI. Bridge the Gap is open to anyone in the Troy community--recipients do not have to have students in the Troy School District.
HOT MEALS EVERY THURSDAY
SEVA Michigan Food Truck is serving hot meals every Thursday from 12-1pm in drive through fashion at Morse Elementary School, 475 Cherry, Troy, MI. These meals are open to all.
INTERNET ACCESS FOR DISTANCE LEARNING
We have facilitated access to extended to hundreds of TSD students. If you still need help with access to our extended learning platform, please contact our HELP DESK.
The county has established the Oakland County Help Hotline to address the needs of residents who may need food or housing assistance during this time. That number – 248-858-1000—will be staffed from 8am-8pm.
Our Bridge the Gap program relies on the generosity of donors. We ask that no one makes an extra trip to the grocery store, but if you shop for your own family and wish to buy extra to donate, we gratefully accept donations every Friday from 3-4pm at Morse Elementary.
