First Student has been a contracted partner of the Troy School District since the 2009/2010 school year. At First Student, safety is our first priority. Parents have entrusted us with the care of their most precious possessions, their children. Competent, dependable and consistent school bus drivers are critical to ensuring a safe and efficient transportation program. All First Student school bus drivers must adhere to the requirements set by the State of Michigan before they are hired in order to ensure they have the necessary training and skills to safely transport students.
Please note: If you recently registered and know your child is eligible for transportation and haven't received an assignment, please continue to check back. Newly enrolled students are being added to bus stops on a daily basis.
Please use the form below if you are requesting the Transportation Department to review concerns regarding your student's current assigned bus stop. Requests will not be considered until at least 4 weeks after the start of school. All requests will be responded to in writing.
