PowerSchool Support
The Troy School District uses PowerSchool, a Student Information System (SIS). Our SIS allows staff, students and parents access to student scheduling, attendance, emergency/medical and health management, registration, and more. E-mail questions and comments to PowerSchool Answer Center at pssupport@troy.k12.mi.us
Note: Please do not send e-mail to any address ending in @powerschool.com for assistance, as PowerSchool LLC will be unable to provide technical support.

If you have not logged onto PowerSchool recently you may need to clear your browser's cache if you are having difficulty logging on.

- For all other log-on assistance, please e-mail pssupport@troy.k12.mi.us.
- TSD cannot accept telephone calls due to the volume of requests.
