Business Services

The Assistant Superintendent for Business Services oversees the Business Office, Payroll, and Purchasing.  Each supports the Troy School District as a whole.

The Business Office provides the district and the community with a variety of services, performed with maximum efficiency. Services include budget and financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, grant reporting, debt service, banking, investments, and auditing.  Our department's main goals are to...

• Protect and enhance the financial well-being of the district.

• Work together with the Board of Education and administration to present annual budgets that represent fiscal constraint balanced with the goal of providing a high quality program for our students in well maintained facilities.  

• Maintain compliance with state law and Board of Education policy in the handling of all financial activity of Troy School District.
