STEP 1:
Create Your ML SchedulesTM Account
To create your User Account:
(First Time users ONLY)

Click the ML Schedules™ Account Registration Button.

Enter the required user/group information on the Create Account screen.

Select the Submit button.
NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR ACCOUNT TO BE APPROVED TO SCHEDULE REQUESTS.
TIP: View the video below for additional support in creating your account. Once you have received notification that your account has been approved, Proceed to Next Steps: Creating Facility Use Requests to schedule your rentals.

STEP 2:
Creating Facility Use Requests in ML SchedulesTM
How to submit a Facility Request:
(If you have not created your account, go back to step 1 and follow the instructions. Follow the steps below once your account has been approved.)

Click the ML Schedules™ Login to Request Space Button.

Enter your new account username and password. Once in the request calendar follow steps 3-6.

Click either the New Request button (top right corner)or click into the date of the event on the calendar to bring up the scheduler to make a request.

Enter the location information for the request by selecting the Site, then Space.

Enter the remaining fields: Frequency, Date & Time, etc...

Click the View Availability button. A spreadsheet showing space availability and conflicts will display.
TIP: You can enter multiple Spaces into the Request form. Make adjustments in time or date or conflicts in availability or click the X to remove conflicts in requests.
