Facility Rentals

Welcome, Troy School District Building Operations is transitioning to a new online Facility Rental platform, ML Schedules™.  The software automates Troy School District's Facility Use Request process in the cloud to improve efficiency, reduce approval processing times, and make everyone happier.  It also virtually eliminates hard copies to reduce our carbon footprint.  ML Schedules™ is cloud-based, so you can access it from any smart phone, tablet, and/or home computer.  Let's create an account to get your started.  Additional information below regarding rental of our high school auditoriums.

STEP 1: 

Create Your ML SchedulesTM Account


To create your User Account:

(First Time users ONLY)
  1. Click the ML Schedules™ Account Registration Button.

  2. Enter the required user/group information on the Create Account screen.

  3. Select the Submit button.

NOTE:  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR ACCOUNT TO BE APPROVED TO SCHEDULE REQUESTS.


TIP:  View the video below for additional support in creating your account.  Once you have received notification that your account has been approved, Proceed to Next Steps:  Creating Facility Use Requests to schedule your rentals.

STEP 2:

Creating Facility Use Requests in ML SchedulesTM


How to submit a Facility Request:

(If you have not created your account, go back to step 1 and follow the instructions. Follow the steps below once your account has been approved.)
  1. Click the ML Schedules™ Login to Request Space Button.

  2. Enter your new account username and password.  Once in the request calendar follow steps 3-6.

  3. Click either the New Request button (top right corner)or click into the date of the event on the calendar to bring up the scheduler to make a request.

  4. Enter the location information for the request by selecting the Site, then Space.

  5. Enter the remaining fields:  Frequency, Date & Time, etc...

  6. Click the View Availability button.  A spreadsheet showing space availability and conflicts will display.


TIP:  You can enter multiple Spaces into the Request form.  Make adjustments in time or date or conflicts in availability or click the X to remove conflicts in requests.

The Troy School District Troy High School and Athens High School Auditoriums are FULLY BOOKED for the 2024-2025 school year
 
Contact our Auditorium Director, Gino Mincella, for complete availability and to be put on a waitlist, as openings may become available.
 
 
Our auditoriums can accommodate concerts, recitals, dance performances, theatrical performances, special ceremonies, lectures, and discussions.

ATTENTION!

Auditoriums are NOT AVAILABLE for rental during the summer months.

If you are interested in booking either the Troy High School or Athens High School Auditorium for the 2025-2026, contact Mr. Gino Minchella, TSD Theatre Manager/Auditorium Director.
