CAP = Career Accelerator Program
What to Expect
The Career Accelerator Program is designed for high school juniors and seniors to bridge the gap between education and the professional world by providing invaluable mentorship and exposure to various career opportunities for students within our community. This elite program consists of two parts, the Career Accelerator classes and the pre-internship. The 2023/2024 cohort will consist of 20-30 students.
Why Should I Apply?
This program is an exclusive opportunity to learn skills that will equip you for success after high school. It provides students with the opportunity to learn from a variety of high-level business leaders, exposure to a business environment, and knowledge that will help you succeed in any workplace.
Who Should Apply
Students who have shown ambition, focus, and the willingness to learn new things. We encourage all students to apply.
Knowledge Gained
- Communication skills essential to success regardless of industry.
- Who gets promoted and why.
- Role play scenarios with feedback.
- How to navigate personal and professional technology.

Internships are very important part of our education program, first and foremost. In setting up professional internships, not only will we be able to offer students a chance to work with industry professionals, but the students also will be able to take the theory they learn in the classroom and put it into practice here, in whichever activity they’re focused.

CAP Class #1 - January 9
CAP Class #2 - January 29
CAP Class #3 - February 13
Match Day - February 27
Pre-Internship
Takes place at a host business
