VISITOR KIOSK CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

ALL visitors entering a high school need to scan a valid state identification card and sign-in at the kiosk or ask for assistance using the door buzzer.


Step 1:  APPROACH KIOSK & SIGN-IN

Follow the step-by-step instructions on the kiosk screen.  When prompted, place your drivers license into the card holder with the barcode facing up.  If you do not have a drivers license, proceed to the door buzzer for assistance.

District employees, contract employees and regular service providers, such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, do not need to sign in at the kiosk.  Use the door buzzer for assistance.  All other visitor, such as, Parents, guardians, volunteers, and vendors need to use the kiosk to sign in before entering the building.


Step 2:  VISITOR PASS ISSUES

Once you have completed your kiosk sign in instructions, enter the building door, and proceed to the security desk.  The security officer or secretary will issue you a visitor pass.  PASSES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE BUILDING.
