Attending a Board Meeting
Troy Board of Education members are pleased to have residents at their meetings. The board encourages citizen comments and interest in our educational community.
The Board values public participation and recognizes the importance of public input on issues affecting the Board and the District. The Board of Education has adopted a public participation process to balance the importance of public participation with other important objectives, including: insuring all community members a fair and reasonable opportunity to express their views to the Board; completing Board business effectively, efficiently and in an orderly manner; respecting other important time commitments of Board members, District staff and audience members; and, respecting the rights of Board members, District staff and students and audience members.
The American with Disabilities Act: If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the meeting or hearing, please contact us at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
