Annual Herbicide Application
The Fall application of herbicide to the District grounds will start on or about August 1, 2021, and run through August 16, 2021, weather permitting.
- Please see the attached notices for dates and times at each building, as well as products used and timeframes for closure of the application area. Notices will also be posted at the Main front entrance and receiving doors.
- Buildings with activities and summer staff will have application done after hours or weekends, all other buildings may be done during the day.
- Athens and THS will be done on Sundays.
- All treated areas will have signage indicating herbicide has been applied.
- Parents on the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development notification list along with the current 2020/2021 TSD notification list will receive notice through US mail and/or email.
