Thank you for your interest in our buildings and facilities. Community groups are permitted and encouraged to use school facilities through our Board policy under certain conditions.
Prior to any facility usage please read our revised RENTAL POLICIES (also available below.)
Please make sure that you sign the new Use of School Facilities acknowledgement form and send back to the email address or fax number provided on the front pack of the Rental Policies packet.

Please know that you have to create an organization to gain access to our scheduling system. Once the webpage is open, click on DOCUMENTS tab. The tab will show you 2 links with directions how on to proceed on accessing our system.
After creating your organization, please allow 24 to 48 hours after submitting the organization before you will gain approval to move on to submitting a request for facility use.
