High School

S.H.A.P.E. Program - Athens High School - The S.H.A.P.E. program (Students Having Access to Parents and Educators) provides "one-on-one" assistance to students in the areas of reading tests, paraphrasing test questions, help with homework, completing class projects, and providing encouragement. No specialized training is needed, just an interest in helping students. Volunteers work with students during the regular school day for as much time as they would like. Even one hour of time is a valuable contribution. The S.H.A.P.E. program is located in The Athens High School Media Center.
